Owens home Fire, needs repair

On April 9th my daughter (17 ) and I were excited to make Crab Rangoon's (her favorite) , and I heated the pan of oil once it was to temp we notice a clear steam as if we were boiling water. So my daughter turned the heat off because we thought something was strange and my husband said that it was too hot and to move it off the burner, I did , and as I was moving it to back burner the tinyist splash hit the stove of oil( the stove not the burner) then something happened that freaked my daughter and I out the pot just immediately burst in to flames as my hands were still on it and ingulfed right in our face. I tried putting it out with salt but it was too far gone ," I yelled call 911 where's the phone" and my daughter grabbed her younger brothers(7&8) and got out (while on phone with 911) finally I ran out looking at the damage to my families home it was heartbreaking! Then I ran to several houses looking for help. Hearing my family screaming and yelling "buster buster come buster please" but our dog hid I start running back towards house I I see my daughter run back in , I see the flames get higher and we all screamed Mandy noo!! But she went and saved buster! And for that, she was not injured( thanks to god) , however she suffered an asthma attack and some smoke inhalation. She's our hero!!! Now buster never leaves her side. My family may be OK but my home is not inhabitable!!! We are trying to figure out with no funds to help rebuild or just find a new home. We have no where to go. We were graciously given 3nights in a hotel provided by the Red Cross. Please help my family I wholeheartedly appreciate any thing you can give.
