As you all know by now Angel had a bilateral lung transplant last October. Until a few weeks ago he was on track with his recovery when suddenly had to be hospitalized due to complications caused by infection and lung rejection. Unfortunately things took a turn for the worst and the unthinkable happened. Angel unfortunately suffered a cardiac arrest while being intubated due to poor oxygen levels and now we find ourselves planning for something that we thought wouldn’t happen until we reached old age. Angel fought a tough fight with a heart full of love, and strength by maintaining a high spirit making sure that his friends and family were also in high spirits. Angel was the type of person that showed up even when dealing with his own situation he was always there to lend a helping hand or just some kind words of inspiration. Due to the financial hard ship from the initial procedure we find ourselves seeking help to assist us in giving Angel a great father, fiancé, brother, son, nephew and most of all a great friend the farewell that he so rightfully deserves.
