Help Robert Rebuild

Hi, my name is Aaron and I’m fundraising to help a close friend get back on his feet after the historic floods caused by Ida totaled his property and possessions along the Schuylkill River. Just to give everybody an idea of the magnitude of damage, he lost his truck, boat, equipment needed to run his business, tools, trailers, appliances, nearly all of the contents of the home and garage, and the dwelling itself. Even items that he put up high became saturated with diesel/bacteria/muddy river water as the water came up to chest height in the living space. The River surged to a height not seen since 1869, and nobody was prepared for the insurmountable destruction. We’re thankful that we were able to rescue him and the cats at 3 am before the river crested, but that’s the extent of the salvage, everything else is totaled.

We’ll be there to support Robert with as much time as we can but need financial support to slowly rebuild his property, possessions, and business.
