My name is Alex, and I am starting this fundraiser for my uncle and godfather, Aurelian “Zeke” Duhon.

Zeke’s life changed in an instant when he broke his neck and suffered a severe spinal injury. He is now facing the long and difficult road of rehabilitation to learn to walk again.

What makes Zeke’s fight even more inspiring is the life he’s built in recovery. As a former athlete and model, Zeke once lived in the spotlight, but his greatest accomplishment has been his journey to overcome addiction and rebuild his life with purpose and strength. This injury is a devastating setback, but his determination to keep moving forward has never been stronger.

Funds raised will go toward rehabilitation, medical care, and essential equipment to give Zeke the best chance at walking again. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a difference in his healing journey.
