Luke Kollars Heart Transplant Fund

Luke Kollars is a 24 year old Air Force veteran who suffered catastrophic heart failure on February 13, 2016.  Luke had 5 surgeries in 12 days, 4 of them open heart.  His 6th surgery was a week later to place a defibrillator.   Currently he has a LVAD and is waiting for a heart transplant.  This campaign is to help this young man pay for past surgeries and be prepared for the upcoming heart transplant surgery.  Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated as he has been through a lot, however there is still a lot yet to come.    Through it all we have been amazed at Luke's incredible attitude and sense of humor!  He is a truly remarkable young man:)
