Help Caleb Rebuild After Surviving Abuse and Injury
Hi, my name is Caleb, and I never thought I’d be in this position — asking for help during one of the hardest moments of my life. Recently, I got out of an abusive relationship that left me with both emotional scars and physical injuries, including a broken jaw and a broken hand.
The healing process has been painful, but I’ve taken the hardest step: getting out. I’m doing everything I can to rebuild — I’ve started therapy, and I’ve gone back to work — but I’m still not physically or emotionally able to function at 100%.
The truth is, it’s not the medical bills that are drowning me. It’s everything else — my rent, electricity, car note, and basic living expenses — all piling up while I try to keep my head above water and recover from the trauma.
Right now, I’m doing the best I can, but it feels like I’m falling behind faster than I can catch up. I’m scared of losing my stability just when I finally found the courage to start over.
What your support will help with:
• Catching up on rent and utilities so I can stay in my home
• Covering my car payment and insurance so I can get to work and appointments
• Getting help with groceries, gas, and other basic needs while I work reduced hours and continue recovering
It’s really hard to ask for help like this, but I know I can’t do it alone. If you can donate — any amount at all — or even just share this, it would mean more than you know. You’re not just helping me survive — you’re helping me reclaim my life and rebuild with safety and hope.
Thank you so much,
Caleb
