Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted supporters,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts on behalf of Jacob Klassen (#61) and his widowed mother, who are in urgent need of support — both in prayer and financial help.

Jacob’s life changed drastically at just 15 years old when he suffered a severe accident that left him fighting for his life in a hospital in Chihuahua. Doctors had little hope for his recovery, but by God’s grace, he survived. However, the journey that followed has been long, painful, and filled with challenges.

Jacob lost many of his youthful years to illness. He struggled to speak and think clearly for a long time, and to this day he continues to battle major health issues. Despite everything, he has shown incredible strength and faith.

Then, in January 2021, tragedy struck again when Jacob’s father passed away, leaving his mother to care for him alone. Together, they have done their best to survive — relying on faith, determination, and the kindness of others.

But now, Jacob is facing yet another life-threatening health crisis.

On July 17, 2025, Jacob was rushed back to the hospital in critical condition. He is currently undergoing regular dialysis (blood washing) and is scheduled for another major surgery. The doctors say this is a very serious situation, and Jacob’s future remains uncertain. If he pulls through, he will likely require lifelong dialysis and continued medical care.

Over the years, Jacob has also endured significant complications with his lungs, resulting in frequent fluid buildup and drainage — a burden no one should have to carry alone.

We are asking for your help — financially, if you are able, and spiritually through your prayers. Every contribution, big or small, will go directly toward:

• Jacob’s ongoing medical care and surgeries

• Travel and hospital expenses

• Basic living needs for him and his mother during this difficult time
