RN Nurse Covid positive 7-29 working Covid floor.

Hi, This is not something I have ever done asking others for help or assistance. My name is Chris Phillips and I am creating this GoFundMe page for my wife Esther Martinez Phillips. Esther was diagnosed with Covid 19 on Wednesday July 29, 2020. Esther is a RN-BSN Nurse at a small town hospital in west Texas. This hospital has been in the process of converting all rooms into Covid care rooms to provide overflow relief of Covid patients from San Antonio. Insufficient  PPE and training of nursing staff leaves these frontline Angels extremely vulnerable to infection as they try to administer care to theses Covid patients. My Angel has now fallen because of Covid showing first signs and symptoms as well as being tested for Covid on Sunday July 26, 2020. Esther is being aggressively treated and the whole family is in quarantine. The request for financial help is because when Covid was unleashed in February  into the US and the lockdowns were being put in place my work in the Energy sector collapsed onto itself as 1000’s of jobs, including mine eventually evaporated rendering me unable to contribute financially to the family since late May. Esther has been picking up additional hours filling the financial void working most weeks 7 days. As my checks dwindled and then stopped, we were already struggling and started falling behind on our debts. Covid has stripped both of us, but especially Esther of our health, and financial footing. Covid has now come and entered into our home and attacked our family and has pushed us financially beyond the brink and there is nothing we can do as our lives are put on Covid quarantine suspension.
