Hello!

My name is Anthony. I was affected by a company-wide layoff at the end of 2024, and I haven't been able to get on my feet since. I've been struggling with mental health, especially with how things ended at my last job, and doing my best to reintegrate myself into the workforce but have been unable to as of yet. I've been able to stay afloat by teaching Bomba and performing, as well as DoorDash, unemployment, and assistance from Wayfinders and SNAP, but it isn't enough without a full-time job. I have some promising positions that I believe I will be offered, but all start in mid/late October and wouldn't see a paycheck until November.

I pride myself on helping others; it's what I have done across my career and in my personal life. But now I need to ask for help from my community. Debts are accumulating and things are starting to fall apart. I am resourceful, but it still isn't enough. I need some help with day-to-day expenses, fixing my car so I can make it to work once I find a job, and getting my lovely kitten, Selene, fixed before he starts spraying my apartment.

Times are hard for us all; I definitely understand that and will be so grateful for any financial help I can get in my time of need.
