Evan's Medical Fund

Evan Barberis was first diagnosed with PH+ ALL the first time back in June of 2010 at the age of 6. After 2 1/2 years of intensive chemotherapy, he slayed the beast on December 20th, 2012!

Fast forward 7+ glorious cancer free years, and the stupid beast is back. After experiencing a few weeks of bone pain, headaches and fatigue, blood tests were done in Kalispell, MT. The results were serious enough they flew Evan and his Pam to Colorado Children's in Aurora (Denver) in the Alert jet the next day. The first round of chemotherapy (Induction) will start very soon and will last for four weeks, with the hope to get him into remission by the end. The next phase of treatment will either be to continue with chemotherapy for another year or two, go straight to a bone marrow transplant or possibly undergo one of the new developing treatments such as CAR-T immunotherapy.
