I'm raising money for my husband's health journey for a kidney transplant through the Cleveland Clinic. We make several trips a month to Cleveland for my husband. I'll give you some insight on what my husband's health issues are like. To start, he has no large intestine. He has only 38 inches of small intestine left in his body and has what you call an ileostomy. He is also diabetic and has stage five renal failure.
We try our best to make ends meet every month, first and foremost. We always make sure that our bills are paid, which at the end of the month leaves us struggling to figure out how to get to our multiple appointments for Cleveland Clinic. My husband is a very rare case here in the state of Indiana, so that is why we go to the Cleveland Clinic. Indiana doctors have almost killed him on several different occasions, playing around with things that they think are going to help him. I'm just asking if people could find it in their hearts to help our family. We are in the process of trying to make me his caregiver but the process here in our start can take a bit of time we have been waiting for about 1 year already and still haven’t had no luck!! My husband may only be a 47 year old man but he meets all the criteria he has been 100% disabled since 2010!!. It’s not easy to watch your best friend go through so much and you can’t help change anything!!!!!. Please help our struggling family
