It’s not only been a tough four years since I’ve been able to work; my health has got worse. I spent a week in the hospital trying to figure out how and why I have a type of muscle myopathy. I am on food stamps, so I do have money for food. But I don’t have any sort of funds for essentials like deodorant, soap, toothpaste, etc. I hate to ask for help, but at some point, you need to be humble and let people know you need help. Even the smallest amount will help me get through the next month or so until I can figure out what’s going on with my health.
