Lou Gehrig's Disease- Carmine Urcuiolio

God father to my first born.  Diagnosed with Loug Gehrig's Disease. He does not deserve this. Please help with whatever you got.  If you have ever met this guy, he is arms wide open, such a good person. I write this tonight crying about my friend which I can only say, I love you! All proceeds go to medical bills and Katherine (Kat), his lovely wife and the only person that is caring for him. Thank you all.
