An amazing person and great friend, Amanda Flores, will soon be starting a journey to FIGHT BREAST CANCER.
Anyone that knows Amanda, knows that she is a beautiful person inside and out. Amanda is a strong person and full of life. She is a great daughter, sister, cousin, friend to many…she is 31 years old and a busy and loving single mother to a very busy, busy, busy and full of life 5 year old, Mario Omar Alanis.
Amanda decided, from time of diagnosis, to share her journey and bring awareness that BREAST CANCER does not have a specific age and in FAITH that with GOD FIRST and the support, prayer, and love of family and friends she WILL get through this. Cancer is not a word anyone is ever really prepared to hear and something we pray never to have to go through. It is however, not something anyone should ever have to go through alone. We grow up in this world never knowing what the future holds…but we hold on to HIM and we don’t stop living and we don’t stop praying when we are confronted with trials in our lives because we know that THERE IS POWER IN HIS NAME.
As Amanda’s friends and coworkers we come to you requesting that you please keep her in PRAYER as she fights and claims VICTORY in HIS NAME.
Isaiah 41:10 “Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Amanda will soon be traveling to MD Anderson, October 11, 2020, for treatment plan. In order to alleviate some financial constraints, from medical bills, traveling expenses, lodging, etc. we created this GoFundMe for those that wish to donate, provide emotional support, prayers, and love as she goes through this.
