Funeral and Expenses for John's Dad

This is a fundraiser for John Meredith.
On February 25 John got a call that his father had suddenly passed away. Being the the only child, it has fallen on John to make all the arrangements for Ray's funeral. With John and Emily living in NH and Ray having lived in Michigan, this makes it very expensive to travel and take time off from their jobs. Paying for a funeral and burial, is also a huge expense. It will probably take many trips to take care of Ray's affairs and belongings, and he needs all the support he can get.
John has always been an incredibly generous and wonderful friend and brother-in-law. I hope that we can pull together and let him know he is not alone in his time of crisis. That we can show him that he is loved and thought of in his lowest time.
