CrossFit SuperRegionals 2015

Hello, my name is Ryan Bender and I recently competed in the CrossFit Games Open where I was fortunate enough to make top 20 by placing 13th out of 11,741 in the South Central Region which means I will be competing at The CrossFit Games Regionals in Dallas, Texas on May 15-17.

I have worked very hard to make it to this next level of competition. I'm a full time college student, a father and provider to my beautiful 2 yr old daughter.
