A few months ago, I had to go to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain accompanied with fever. What doctors think happened was a ruptured cyst that was luckily resolving on its own and would not need immediate medical attention. They monitored my progress, kept me on pain medication, and then sent me on my way. However, I do not have great health insurance/coverage. The bill for this visit, from tests alone, cost me over a thousand dollars.

I am already in debt from student loans (and some credit card debt) and I still owe taxes at this time. I have started a new job and am currently not making as much as I was and unfortunately that will not change for a little while yet. On top of that, at the start of the year, my VERY basic health care premium skyrocketed, much like many americans. I can't afford a much desperately needed eye doctor appointment either (as I do not have vision insurance). I feel terrible asking, but with everything piling on lately, its becoming more and more difficult to keep up and what little savings I did have are basically depleted. I also fear leaving this bill unchecked will eventually negatively affect my credit...

If anyone is able to help even the TINIEST amount, I would really appreciate it and be eternally grateful. If I could just pay off my hospital bill at least, I would have enough cushion room to figure out the rest. If you made it to this point, thank you so much for even reading this.
