Dear family and friends,

I am reaching out with a very heavy heart to ask for your prayers, and if possible your support. We know this is a very expensive time of year, and wouldn’t ask if there wasn’t a need. The Trujillo family is going through an incredibly difficult time right now.

My daughter-in-law’s brother, David Trujillo, recently suffered a severe stroke and was without oxygen to his brain for a period of time. He is currently in an induced coma as doctors work to stabilize him and determine the next steps in his care. This has been devastating for all of us, and especially for his immediate family.

As you can imagine, the medical expenses are quickly becoming overwhelming. We are doing everything we can to support David and his family, and we have begun raising funds to help cover the growing costs during this time.

If you are able to contribute in any way, we would be deeply grateful. If not, we completely understand and ask instead for your prayers, positive thoughts, and continued support. Every bit of kindness means more than words can express right now.

Me comunico con el corazón muy apesadumbrado para pedirles sus oraciones y, si les es posible, su apoyo. Sabemos que esta es una época del año con muchos gastos, y no estaríamos pidiendo ayuda si no fuera verdaderamente necesario. La familia Trujillo está atravesando un momento sumamente difícil.

El hermano de mi nuera, David Trujillo, sufrió recientemente un derrame cerebral severo y estuvo sin oxígeno en el cerebro por un período de tiempo. Actualmente se encuentra en un coma inducido, mientras los médicos trabajan para estabilizarlo y determinar los próximos pasos en su tratamiento. Esta situación ha sido devastadora para todos nosotros, especialmente para su familia inmediata.

Como pueden imaginar, los gastos médicos están aumentando rápidamente y se están volviendo abrumadores. Estamos haciendo todo lo posible para apoyar a David y a su familia, y hemos comenzado a recaudar fondos para ayudar a cubrir los costos crecientes durante este tiempo tan difícil.

Si pueden contribuir de alguna manera, estaremos profundamente agradecidos. Si no les es posible, lo comprendemos completamente y les pedimos que nos apoyen con sus oraciones, pensamientos positivos y su apoyo continuo. Cada muestra de cariño significa más de lo que las palabras pueden expresar en este momento.
