Support Deanna's Fight Against Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Life has a way of throwing curveballs we never see coming, and for my beloved cousin Deanna, this one hit hard. At just 35 years old, she has been diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer—an unexpected and unimaginable reality. Despite this, she faces each day with resilience, humor, and unwavering love for her 4-year-old daughter, Elle.
Deanna recently received the news that her cancer is estrogen-fed, affecting both her breast and lymph nodes. The plan? A grueling yet necessary journey through chemotherapy, a double mastectomy, lymph node removal, and radiation, followed by years of hormone blockers that will push her into early menopause. She’s battling the side effects of treatment—nausea, exhaustion, hot flashes, and even tinnitus—yet she still shows up, working full-time at all hours just to keep her health insurance active despite it not even covering everything she needs to fight this disease.
Her PET scan brought a small relief—it showed only localized metastasis, meaning the cancer hasn’t spread to other organs. But the road ahead is long, painful, and expensive. The financial burden of medical bills, lost wages, and childcare weighs heavily on her shoulders, and that’s where we come in.
No one should have to choose between getting life-saving treatment and putting food on the table. No one should have to work themselves to exhaustion while undergoing chemotherapy just to afford insurance that won’t even fully cover their care. But Deanna is doing exactly that—because she has to.
Let’s come together and ease some of this burden. Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly toward her medical expenses, helping her focus on what truly matters: fighting for her life and being there for her daughter. If you can’t donate, please share this campaign far and wide—every bit of love and support makes a difference.
Cancer doesn’t fight fair, but neither does Deanna. Let’s rally behind her, just as she has always been there for those she loves.
✨ With love, gratitude, and endless hope,
