High Point Originals Memorial

The High Point Originals is a Group that started a few years ago, made up of folks from the 70's and 80's.   Most of us lived in High Point or were students, teachers, administrators of High Point Elementary in Clearwater, Florida.  We gathered a couple years ago to re-kindle old friendships and build new ones.

We are planning a memorial garden to be created at High Point Elementary for 3 boys who died after a tornado hit the school in  May of 1978.   The garden will include three benches, one with each boys' name, a tree in the center, a podium or stand to hold the current plaque, approximately six plants, and new river rocks for ground cover.
