Friday evening our world got completely turned upside down when Maverick fell and severely injured his leg. After hours in the veterinary emergency room, we got the call that we feared. Maverick had broken his front left leg, specifically his humerus. The vet said that surgery is the only viable option here as the break is so severe The only other option for Maverick would be amputation. We are asking if anyone can please support Maverick with some of the cost of this surgery, it would be such a blessing for our little family. Maverick is the most rambunctious, energetic, and unique boy in the entire world and we would be lost without him. His surgery is scheduled for Monday since there are no surgeons on the weekends, and he is being held in the California Veterinary Specialist hospital ER over the weekend as his pain and injury are too severe to come home. I cannot describe the appreciation we have for our friends, family, and veterinary staff for the help and support they have given us. Please share so we can get Maverick the help he needs.
