Finishing School

Hello,

my name is Lyrika and I am a single mother currently enrolled to get my bachelors degree in sociology. I was in the foster care system when I was 16 and ended up aging out at 21. Because of that I am deemed an independent student. I got pregnant with my son during my sophomore year of college and had to drop out of school. I am now back enrolled trying to get my degree for my 4yo son. Only thing is, I don’t have enough financial aid to finish my last year of school. I am on the edge of getting kicked out of my classes if I can’t pay the balance owed.
