Rubye’s Recovery/Medical Expenses

Rubye so full of life and love. Last night ruby was shot while she and her mother were returning home to Oklahoma. Rubye is in stable condition but this tragic event has taken a complete change in directions for the rest of her life. This 9year old will now need hand and foot monitoring and support. Her mother also has still get her daughter back home to Oklahoma with the proper care from Dallas, Tx. Please help this baby girl return home and also know that her mission isn't done.
