Support Austin's Family After Tragic Loss
Donation protected
Hello everyone. My name is Hannah Erickson. I am taking the time to create this go fund me to try and help my mother in law with some unfortunate expenses she is facing. 2 months ago her son Austin Rogers became ill & he went to the clinic to be seen which quickly turned into a transfer to united hospital where he was placed in the icu in very critical care. He was there for 1 month before he was transferred to the U of M icu where he resided for another month and about a week. During the stay at both hospitals he endured multiple surgeries, was placed on a ventilator, had a trac placed, picc line placed, multiple drains, and blood transfusion’s. Through all of this his mother was there any chance she had all while dealing with medical issues of her own. When other family members could be there they were as well. He had great strength, made strides in the right direction any chance his body would allow him to. He was a true version of a super hero if you ask me with all he endured and how hard he fought. It is now with saddened hearts, lots of tears, and unfortunate planning taking place that I share with you his body could no longer fight anymore and surrounded by family he gained his phoenix wings on 6-3-2025 at the young age of 31.
Austin was an amazing young man who enjoyed music, playing guitar, taking walks especially when it was raining, enjoyed playing video games, was a digital creator, and had a strong love for his cat Cali!
At this time I am trying to help my mother in law with the expenses she is facing for the funeral of Austin Rogers’, expenses she incurred from traveling back and forth from her home to the hospital each day in the last 2 months, and future expenses she will have as she will also need to have her medical concerns addressed. Any help you can provide weather it be taking the time to say a prayer, share this with others you may know, donate if you can or want to anything is appreciated at this time.
I take this time to thank each and every person that has taken the time out of there day to read this. I hope everyone has a blessed day.
Thanks,
Hannah
