Tyler

We have to raise money for Tyler. We need to have an autopsy and cremation. Tyler caught covid on 11/14/22. He was hospitalized on 11/15/22. On life support for 8 days, he was taken off, 30 hours later put back on. On the 27th he was taken off the ventilator. He was doing well. All his numbers were improving, we knew he was coming home. His fever that had been at 105.6 was gone. His white blood cell went from 42 down to 15 and that was with steroids on board (which makes the reading higher). His Liver was back to normal and so were his kidneys. His heart was damaged by covid down to 25%, but they assured us people live with 10%. Once the fluid around his heart subsided so would his efficiency, never pre-covid but better. He overcame double pneumonia (viral and bacterial). Just a couple more days and he'd be home for his birthday.

December 5, 2022 at 1:15 am, the call Tyler is bleeding we need to give him blood. 1:45 am he's not doing good you need to come to the hospital. He should be okay, go home for a couple of hours, so we left at 5 am. At about 6:45 am the gastroenterologist says he's not stable but the bleeding has to be stopped. I think it was 7:30, there was too much blood I couldn't see, he died on the table, we're trying to recesitate him. We got to the hospital in 10 minutes. They recesitated him. His blood pressure was in 51/30, but there was numbers. I never prayed so hard in my whole life. He was given over 16 pints of blood in 3 hours (that's 7-8 liters), an adult body only holds 5 liters. He would be recesitated 3 times before his little body could do no more. Excruciatingly horrible to watch, there are no words. My heart is broken forever Now today on Sonni's birthday, 4 days before Ty's 24th birthday, we have to go to the mortuary and plan the autopsy and cremation.
