Medical Bills for Decker

Decker is my little brother and he was electrocuted and badly burned in an accident at school. He is going to loose fingers and have to have a lot of skin grafting on his chest, hands and arms. He will require a lot of physical therapy and prosthetics. Any help is much appreciated.
