Mental health recovery

Hey my name is Cameron Card. I’m 41 years old and have found myself not able to take care of my own basic needs. My head injuries (Two major TBI’s) have plagued me with an invisible sickness. Depression has taken over my ability to function as a “normal” person. I’m overwhelmed with just surviving. 

I have a hard time asking for help. Three years ago I asked for help and I’ve been trying my best to get on track, but find myself here asking for help again. :-/

My plan is to build some stability for myself so I won’t have to ask for help anymore. I’m looking for a good job, a car and to be able to be there for my three kids. If you can’t help financially even just a message with Job information (remote) or possibly a car for sale will help. 

Also I’d like to start recording episodes for The Mind Body Soul grind podcast to help keep people updated with what I’m doing and also how I got here. So hopefully people can learn from my mistakes and experiences.
