Hi everyone,

My name is Roger Thompson, and I was born and raised in Clarendon Jamaica. Recently, my beautiful island home was hit by Hurricane Melissa, one of the most powerful and destructive storms to ever strike the Caribbean.

Many families in my community—including close friends and loved ones—have lost everything. Homes have been destroyed, roofs torn off, and entire neighborhoods left without food, clothing, or shelter. It breaks my heart to see so many people struggling to survive and rebuild.

I’ve created this GoFundMe to support families in Jamaica who have been directly impacted by Hurricane Melissa. All funds raised will go toward providing food, clothing, and essential household supplies for those who need them most.

No donation is too small—every dollar helps bring relief and hope to those rebuilding their lives after this devastating storm.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your kindness, support, and generosity. Together, we can make a real difference for the people of Jamaica.

With gratitude,

Roger Thompson
