Our story began when we rescued a totaled Bronco from a salvage yard and, in less than five months, transformed it into a Class 3 Ford Bronco ready for the 58th Baja 1000. We’re not backed by big sponsors or corporate funding, just fueled by passion, late nights, friendships, and our own savings. Everything has been built by a group of everyday off-roaders who believed they could take on one of the toughest races on earth, and we did.
Now, our next challenge is the entire 2026 SCORE International race season. Competing in these races comes with real costs: parts and repairs, fuel and chase trucks, safety equipment, race logistics, media, tech, communications, tires, tools, and the endless “one more thing” that racing always demands. Most of these expenses have been fronted out of pocket by me and the crew. This is truly a grassroots team chasing a lifelong dream, and every contribution, big or small, helps keep this effort alive and rolling.
This GoFundMe will help us cover remaining race expenses, offset the financial burden on the individuals who made this build possible, and keep the truck competitive, safe, and supported during the entire race season. If you love off-road racing, underdog stories, or watching people chase something bigger than themselves, this is your chance to be part of something special. We’ll be sharing updates, behind-the-scenes content, and race progress so everyone who supports us can feel like they’re riding shotgun.
SCORE International isn’t just a series of races, it’s a test of grit, teamwork, and heart. And our team has plenty of all three. Your support helps ensure that everything we’ve poured into this dream doesn’t stop at the starting line, but carries us all the way to the finish. Thank you for believing in the little team that could. Let’s send PewPew Cachoo Racing across the finish line.
