RIZE  is a labor of love and passion. We believe in its power to uplift our community and and capture its beauty. We believe in the power of black people creating for other black people. We don’t do this for anyone else but our community. Sometimes as black students we forget that we're black, bold, and beautiful. That we’re gifted, talented, and amazing —and always will be— and RIZE is meant to remind you of that. 

As an entirely independent magazine, creating RIZE does come at a cost and we would love your support. Either $1 or $100, we appreciate it all. Invest in RIZE and know your money will be invested in melanin infused creativity.
