Miss Ellen Cipriani is the beloved crossing guard at Riverview Elementary School. She is always greeting students and families with a smile and a helping hand. She goes above and beyond for the Riverview community, making sure our children are safe getting to and from school every day.

On Christmas, Miss Ellen was in a devastating head-on collision. She is currently in the ICU facing two broken ankles and multiple broken ribs. Her injuries are severe, and she will be unable to walk for weeks, which means she cannot return to work to support herself as she usually does.

Miss Ellen has always been there for our school and our children, offering kindness, encouragement, and a sense of safety. Now, she needs our help more than ever. These funds will go directly towards her basic needs, such as groceries, meals, and bills, as well as her unexpected medical bills or any additional needs she has during this difficult time. Our goal is to help relieve some of her financial stress so that she can focus on healing and getting back on her feet - literally and figuratively.
