RiverRescues is a highly dedicated animal rescue in the heart of city of Edinburgh.

Specialising in reptiles and Exotics, but not limited to helping, cats, dogs, birds, mammals, inverts, amphibians, wildlife and more !!

Run by Shaun Mungersdorf and his team of volunteers, they have rescued almost a thousand animals in the past year and a half alone.

With a high rate of animals in need of being surrendered, due to neglect, being unwanted or people not having time for them anymore, someone had to step in to help.

RiverRescues deals with animals with all different back story's, missing limbs, behavioural problems, dietary requirements and a whole other range of medical needs.

They guarantee the best care possible for any animal that comes through their door, and expect nothing less from the animals new and FOREVER family's that adopt them.

RiverRescues runs fully on donations and adoption fees to cover facilty costs, daily food, equipment, medical treatment, substrate and of coarse treats and toys!!

With your help they can hopefully expand to open more facilities across edinburgh and Scotland to save more animals in need of a safe place and amazing care until forever homes are found.
