Mike Campbell owner of the River's Edge Nursery, has always helped    the members of our community and now we want to help him. On April 5th 2019 the Willamette River dam was opened causing a severe flood to take over the nursery. Mike has coached the local high school's softball team for over 25 years, along with numerous seasons as a summer softball coach, and the JV girls basketball coach at the same school, as well as others. His wife, Judy, is the biggest supporter of  every team Mike coaches, and any of Mike's players will tell you nothing but positive things about the way he impacted their lives. He is always willing to support his players long after he is no longer their coach. Mike has dedicated his life to helping athletes grow, in their sport, and as people. He is always someone you can count on no matter what the situation is and he doesn't get as much recognition as he deserves. The estimated repair cost is about $300,000 and clean up costs are around $10,000. Because of all the damage, he doesn't believe he can get it up and running again, and everyone he has ever inspired wants to help him get off the ground. This nursery is more than just a business, its his family home, and we want to do everything we can to save it. So, please, help us save something so special to the Campbell family, because they are all so special to us.
