Hello Everyone! Thanks your patience and perseverance as I/we navigate this fundraising effort. As many of you probably know from the last campaign, we have started an alternative effort due to some complications with Christine at Blind Tandem Cycling Connection (BTCC). Long story short that club is winding down.
San Diego Blind Stokers Club (SDBSC) however continues to grow year-to-year and is very active. I've been in contact with the club's director David White and I am very confident in their enthusiasm and ability to accept this gift.
Logistically we are going to do things a little bit differently this time round. Because David's club is not a 501c3 and because we will be doing this in a couple different phases (Frame 1st, components/build 2nd) I will be coordinating the donations under my name.
This will make transferring funds and overall coordination with Rivendell HQ more seamless/efficient and less of a hassle for both me and Riv HQ. Most of you are familiar with me/my shop (Yellow Haus Bicycles). If you have any questions please feel free to inquire with other members of the bunch, Riv HQ or me directly through this campaign,
I promise to give regular updates on financial status along with the various phases of the project from frame delivery at Riv HQ up to and including delivery to David at SDBSC. By the way his daughter works remote for a company based in San Francisco so she travels from San Diego to San Francisco once a month. Delivery should be a snap.

For anyone new to this campaign we (the Rivendell Bicycle Works Owners Bunch) have created this fundraiser in order to gift a HubbahHubbah tandem to a club that actively works to pair captains with visually impaired stokers.
Thank you again to everyone who already contributed to the last campaign (You should be refunded at this point), we hope that you are willing to help us with this second effort. If you're new, thanks for reading all this background and considering a worthy cause. Any little bit helps and we thank you for your generosity.
