My mom Rita Palacios began her fight against Stage 2 breast cancer over 7 months ago...since then she has undergone surgery and very agressive chemotherapy. The treatments have been very hard on her mentally and physically.  I am thankful to say that she had her last chemo session on 4/19/16. However, she is not done with her fight; she now has to endure 28 straight days of intensive radiation before she can say "I beat cancer". In order to do that my dad has to take her from Coalinga to Fresno every day. In addition to travel expenses she will have to pay a copay each time. They are still trying to recover from the financial stress that chemo has left (the cost of treatment, travel, and missed work). Anyone who knows my family knows that my parents will be the first to help out anyone in need whether it be a family, friends, or strangers. Either one of them would give the shirt off of their back and go without to help another person. They are also not the type to ask for help. So, I am asking if you are able...please find it in your heart to donate to my family.  So that my mom can finish the fight against cancer without having to worry about what this is going to cost.
