Rita Rubio needs our help

Hi Friends/Family;

I want to reach out to our "Wylie Way" community and help one of our own. Rita Rubio was coming home from Louisiana Thanksgiving night from spending the holiday with her family, specifically her Uncle who she has been traveling to assist as his health is failing.

She was having issues with the glare of the headlights and taillights and was putting on her glasses and accidentally dropped them. As she was trying to recover the glasses she veered out of her lane and saw something in the road so she immediately corrected the wheel but over corrected causing her to hit the concrete median and rolling her vehicle four times. She feels her brother Willie (Tater) was watching over her because the State Trooper said she should not have walked away from the accident.

Unfortunately Rita had only liability on her car and just started a new job so she has no paid leave acquired or medical to cover her expenses. She is going to be off for 4 - 6 weeks due to injuries and will need assistance with rent and a down payment for another vehicle.

Please continue to pray for her as she heals during her recovery and I would implore you to assist in any amount possible. I know the holidays are here and times are stretched thin, but in the spirit of the holidays would you please donate to assist her? ANY amount is recognized and appreciated.

Rita is one of the most kind and generous souls I know and I truly love this woman. I just don't want to see her struggle if we join together and help her.
