Rita Powell Health Campaign

My wife Rita has been in and out of the hospital since April 10th 2018 . She stayed for 6 weeks  the first time , she had multiple cardiac arrests and recovered but the doctors didn't find the reason for her sickness then.  She had 2 surgeries , and was put on an Ecmo machine that pumped oxygen into her veins because her lungs and heart were only working at 5% .  We are back in Memorial Herman downtown for the same symptoms, and running more and new tests now. Rita's job does not offer short term disability . It has been quite a fight to keep our heads above water with half of the income for almost 2 months now . After this stay there are still 3 months of therapy that she must complete before she is able to return to work. Any help at all is appreciated .
