As many of you know, Rita the vizsla has been in the hospital for acute kidney failure since last week. She is finally home and going back to the hospital three days a week for dialysis treatment. This has been a long and expensive road for Rita and her parents but lucky for Rita she hit the jack pot when she came to live with Jeanette and Eric at 14 months old. They committed to her and she is fighting for them. They are at the $28k mark for her hospitalizations and treatments so far and they haven’t asked for anything while at the same time maxing their credit cards and scrambling to pay up front costs to get their girl the treatment that she needs to save her life. Jeanette and Eric committed to this special girl, and if you know Rita you know how special she is.
