Rising from the Ashes: Rebuilding Percell’s 40-Year Legacy
The Heart of a Home
For over 40 years, Percell’s house was more than just a structure; it was a sanctuary of memories, a place where generations of family were raised, and a staple of the neighborhood she loves.
This past Saturday, that 40-year history was tragically cut short by an electrical fire that resulted in a total loss.
An Unthinkable Loss
Percell is currently navigating a level of grief that is hard to put into words. While the material items are gone, her heart is truly broken over the loss of her beloved fur babies, who perished in the fire. To lose your companions and your sentimental family valuables in one afternoon is a weight no one should have to carry alone.
The Cruel Timing
Adding to this devastation is a series of unfortunate circumstances. Percell had recently taken out a bank loan to install a brand-new roof, investing in the future of her forever home. In a moment of transition, her insurance had just been canceled, leaving her without the financial safety net needed to recover from a catastrophe of this magnitude.
How You Can Help
We are reaching out to our community, friends, and family to help Percell rebuild. Our goal is to raise enough funds to clear the site and begin construction on a new, safe foundation—right back on the solid ground she has called home for four decades.
Your donations will go directly toward:
Site clearance and debris removal.
Foundational work and construction materials.
Establishing a safe, permanent home for her and future generations.
Percell has spent her life pouring into others and into her neighborhood. Now, it is our turn to pour back into her.
Even if you cannot donate, please consider sharing this story. Every prayer, share, and dollar helps us turn this tragedy into a story of resilience.
Thank you for helping us bring Percell home.
