*** UPDATE ; his house was deemed a total loss . so everything we raise will be used to help him get new furniture and hopefully a deposit and rent on a new place !! we appreciate the love and support we have received so far , as his daughters you don’t know how much it means to us !! ***
hi everyone ! i know with everything going on the world lately , things are tight for everybody . i completely understand.. we would be grateful for ANYTHING to help our dad . most of y’all know him as Officer Shannon and i know a lot of people love and respect him... well today he lost his home in a fire . 23 years he lived in that house and it’s completely destroyed , almost all the ceilings have fell through and it took some real damage . we know this is a really hard time for him even though he won’t show it and we would really appreciate it if anybody would be willing to help us help him . he is a veteran, a retired KPD & KISD police officer , a dad , a granddad and a great granddad . we as his children and our mother are doing everything we can to be there for him and have him stay with us until he is able to get back on his feet but we could really use the community’s help as well .
& as we said before , we are grateful for anything . so if money can’t be donated, PLEASE PLEASE just keep us all in your prayers . we really need positivity .
