Support Seaham Coast Ladies – The Only Women’s Football Team in Seaham

We are Seaham Coast Ladies, proud to be the only women’s football team representing our town. After wrapping up a packed and competitive season, our team is already preparing for its next big challenge – tackling the Windermere Circular, a gruelling 46.03 km (30-mile) endurance route. Windermere being the LONGEST natural lake in the UK, we are well aware this is going to be a tough challenge!

But this challenge isn’t just about fitness – it’s about fundraising. As a grassroots team, we are seeking support to cover the rising costs of vital equipment and training facilities.

Last winter alone, we spent over £600 on alternative training venues due to the lack of suitable lighting at our home ground. These are funds that could have been invested directly into the development of our players and the future of our team. With your support, we aim to purchase portable floodlights, allowing us to train locally, safely, and more sustainably—regardless of the season. This investment wouldn't just benefit the women’s team; it would also support the youth teams within our club. By reducing external training costs across the board, your sponsorship would help free up resources to strengthen all areas of our growing football community.
