Hi everyone,
My name is Tamika, and I’m currently in Jamaica trying to make it through one of the most challenging times of my life. As many of you know, Hurricane Melissa has caused widespread devastation across the island — damaging homes, disrupting power and water, and making everyday essentials incredibly hard to come by.
I came to Jamaica with hope in my heart and dreams to grow, but right now, I’m simply trying to stay safe, rebuild, and keep moving forward. The hurricane has affected access to basic needs like food, clean water, shelter, and communication. I’m reaching out to my friends, family, and anyone with a kind heart to help me get through this storm — literally and figuratively.
Your donations will go toward:
* Emergency supplies (food, clean water, batteries, hygiene essentials)
* Temporary housing and safety expenses
* Communication and transportation costs
* Rebuilding and recovery support in the aftermath of the storm
Every little bit helps — whether it’s $5, $50, or simply sharing this campaign. Your kindness means more than words can express.
Thank you for standing with me and showing love during this difficult time. Together, we can make it through this and come out stronger.
With gratitude and hope, Faith
