In a world where real mentors are rare, Matt became the father who pointed me back to the Father. He’s a man of unwavering character, fierce compassion, and a heart worn boldly on his sleeve. A devoted husband, a loving father of three, and an educator and coach with over two decades of impact—he’s spent his life molding youth into champions, both on and off the mat.

Matt and Kim have faithfully poured into their community for years—offering guidance, encouragement, and unconditional love. In late 2022, they launched a college-age small group through LifePoint Church, helping young adults navigate one of life’s most defining seasons with purpose and truth.

Seven years ago, Matt overcame Stage 4 Prostate Cancer. Today, he’s facing a new battle: Stage 3 Pancreatic Cancer.

This fundraiser exists to help ensure Matt receives the care he needs—whether that means covering treatments insurance won’t fully fund, or providing a financial safety net for his wife and children, no matter what lies ahead.

Through every storm, Matt has shown up—with strength, wisdom, and grace. Now it’s our turn to show up for him. Let’s be the hands and feet of Christ for the man who has always embodied that for us.
