After nearly two years of misdiag- noses, medical professionals finally identified a 19mm malignant tumor on her parotid gland, which was pressing on her nerves. The tumor pro- gressed rapidly, causing ear pain, dizziness, and eventually facial paralysis, presenting a formidable challenge.

Dawn, a talented photographer within the tattoo community who has dedicated her time to capturing the world's beauty, has found herself unable to continue her passion. Recently, she underwent a complex 16-hour surgery involving three surgeons to remove the tumor, affected lymph nodes, and repair the nerves that the tumor had engulfed. Unfortunately, the tumor proved to be more aggressive than anticipated, necessitating radia- tion therapy to ensure thorough treatment.

Dawn and her husband, Marshall, have been unable to work and are facing substantial medical expenses along with daily living costs.
