We've been meeting some friends from Church the last few weeks to play disc golf. One of our friends has been bringing a visitor by the name of Russ. I noticed very quickly something different about Russ. He's really positive and super encouraging to everyone including my young son. Until today, I had no idea of the personal struggles he has endured. He has battled addiction and through the grace of God, is on the right path.

Today after our round of golf we learned during our prayer about some of the adversity Russ has overcome. He never asked for anything, quite the opposite, all he does is thank God for what he does have. I was thankful that my kids were there to hear this mans heart. It made such an impression on Emma that she came home and immediately started thinking of ways we could help. Ergo here we are at Go Fund Me.

Russ is a man of faith who strongly believes in the power of God. He’s currently living in an extra, rent-free room above a pallet shop without any facilities. Russ is trusting God to provide for him and we believe that it’s time to bless this man of God. 

The money raised will help Russ find a permanent place to live, help with transportation to and from work, and give him some extra money for food and clothing.

All donations are really appreciated and will be an amazing blessing for a Brother in Christ who has no idea we are doing this. Lets be the hands and feet of Jesus.
