Heather is a survivor who refuses to stay silent any longer. After growing up in a toxic, unsupportive, and traumatizing family and enduring years of domestic violence, she found the courage to break free, seek counseling, and fight for a better life for herself and her children. She continues to support her kids through their own healing, even while navigating the challenges of unstable housing, limited childcare, and strict state assistance requirements.

Despite becoming an independent contractor, steady work has been hard to find—but Heather keeps pushing forward. Her mission is to build a safe, stable home for her children and break the cycle of trauma once and for all.

This fundraiser helps Heather create a fresh start for her family and expand the support she hopes to offer other survivors who still feel unseen and unheard. Her purpose is simple: no survivor—especially no mother—should ever feel alone again.
