I don’t even know where to begin so I’ll try at the beginning... 

My father thought he just had a injured back, so he took some time off of work.

But what we thought was simple turned out to not be so simple... Sunday 11/8 he was rushed via ambulance to zephyrhills hospital which would become his final destination. He contacted a bacterial infection which was life threatening, caused ultimately septic shock, multi organ failure and a stroke in which was unrecoverable.

So with a heavy heart myself, my brother and my dad’s sister removed his life support and allowed him to be at rest on his own term on 11/11! 

My brother and I are putting our prides aside and this page has been created to support the immediate family at this time for preparation on my father’s behalf. 

we appreciate all the kinds words and support we have received during this most heart breaking time as we know this came as a sudden shock and devastation for all whom loved JR.
