We lost our very best friend,Rocky Arellano today, who is leaving behind 4 children. He was known for his phenomenal talent as one of the greatest tattoo artist's in the nation. All of the people that have been tattooed by him wear there art with pride and will remember his contagious personality and smile. He was an amazing man and an incredible father and friend. He put others before himself, always willing to help and make people happy.
