Juan Carlos Tovar Soto was a loving father to his 2 teenage children and a loyal husband to his wife Sara. Unfortunately on Saturday morning July 27th Juan Carlos was murdered. Close to four years ago he fled the violence of his country and was here seeking peace for his family.
However, Saturday morning while visiting a family friend in San Antonio, TX he tried to bring peace into a domestic violence situation and sadly it cost him his life. He was shot at point blank range with the murderer still at large. We ask that you keep his wife and 2 teenage children in your prayers.
