RIP Joseph "Rocky" Keiper

On Thursday, February 16, 2017, Heaven gained another beautiful soul. My brother Rocky was taken away from us too soon. With the heartache of dealing with the loss of several family members in the last few years, the hardest being our Poppy, times were tough for us. Rocky didn't have much, but what he did have meant the world to him. His RC cars, his loving friends and family, his dog Bridget, his nephew RJ. Anyone that knew him, even if they only met him once, knew how kind and loving he was, always caring for others, especially animals. He was friendly to others, never judging anyone for their past, only seeing the good in them. So many people have been touched by having his sunshine in their lives.

I didn't feel right making one of these, but I felt I didn't have a choice. I'd like to have a small service for him, for all of his friends and family to attend and share wonderful memories of him. I wouldn't feel right not having a service, but with the recent funeral we had, we don't have much. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone.
